The Board of Trustees is the legal governing body of the school and makes decisions on policy matters affecting the school. This function is largely governed by long term planning. Representation comprises of the Senior Pastor, the Administrator, the Principal and other co-opted members acting in an advisory capacity.
The day to day running and implementation of school policy is carried out by the Management committee. It is constituted of the Principal, Pastor, Accountant and Head of Departments (Phase Leaders).
The Principal has the overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the school and is accountable to the Management Committee.
The Principal main objectives are found in the administration and the academics of the school.
The Principal and the Management committee are responsible for the internal evaluation, review and approval of school qualifications and learning programs. They conduct regular mid and end-term reviews with the staff regarding academic performance as well as random unannounced inspection visits to assess the teaching and learning process.
